With over 25 years of experience in human services and education, Donna Creager brings expertise in trauma-informed, person-centered practices, family engagement, substance use disorders, and mental health to the Temple University Institute on Protective Services. A certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor and Parent Coach with the Partnership to End Addiction, Donna is committed to equipping professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to support individuals and families effectively. 

In her role as a Training and Development Specialist at Temple University’s Harrisburg Campus, Donna continues to design and deliver impactful training for professionals across the United States. She has served on numerous committees, boards, and task forces focused on trauma, mental health, and substance use across Pennsylvania and was a recent contributor to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA) Family Education and Care Navigation toolkit. Her dedication to empowering others is at the heart of her work.
