"Last year’s Empowering Nonprofits Conference at Temple University was exactly what nonprofit leaders need more of: practical strategy, honest conversation, and real community.

What I enjoyed most was the balance. The sessions were not just inspiring, they were actionable. I walked away with concrete ideas around fundraising, governance, and growth that I was able to bring directly back to Integrate for Good. It was not theory. It was real world guidance from people who understand the challenges and opportunities nonprofit leaders are navigating right now.

But beyond the content, it was the connections. Being in a room filled with people who care deeply about impact, sustainability, and strengthening our communities was energizing. As a Founder and Executive Director, it can sometimes feel isolating. This conference reminded me that we are better together.

I registered again this year because growth does not happen by accident. It happens when we intentionally step away from the day to day to learn, reflect, and challenge ourselves to lead better. With the evolving funding landscape and increasing demand for services, investing in strong nonprofit leadership is not optional. It is essential.

I am excited to be back and cannot wait to learn alongside fellow leaders who are committed to building stronger, more sustainable organizations."
