Tina Balthaser, BSW, currently works as a Program Manager at Temple University, Harrisburg Campus. She develops training content for multiple program areas including, adult and older adult protective services, provider investigations related to abuse of adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, personal care home administrators and licensing representatives, as well as for certificate programs related to supervision. Prior to joining the staff at Temple University, Tina worked in various roles in Aging for over 20 years. During the last seven years in Aging, she was the older adult protective services supervisor.
