Nationally recognized landscape architecture John Collins was the founding Chairman of Temple’s four-year Landscape Architecture and Horticulture programs. Continuing his legacy at Temple, the Collins Nursery at the Ambler Arboretum will soon open.

Temple University Ambler will host Wellness Day Activities from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday, October 13.

Marking the second anniversary of the tornado that struck campus in 2021, Progress is the theme of the 2023 Ambler in Bloom, the Ambler Arboretum’s annual garden party fundraiser, which will be held in the campus gardens on Saturday, September 23, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The College of Public Health is bringing its popular Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) training program to Temple University Ambler as a comprehensive non-credit course open to the public for the first time this fall.

This summer, 28 Tyler School of Art and Architecture Master of Architecture graduate students gained hands-on experience designing and constructing five new sculptures for wildlife at Temple Ambler.

A significant portion of the Ambler Campus book collection will be returning to campus in fall 2023 from the Charles Library where they were housed, and remained available for use, after the 2021 tornado.
